Some more great thoughts from champions to help keep you motivated and focused on the challenges and opportunities ahead; whether in fantasy football, school, or sports. These quotes were sent to the participants in our free family fantasy football leagues.

Love what you are doing and enjoy it while you are doing it (yes, even school work). Two-time Olympic Gold Medalist Jackie Joyner-Kersee reminds us, “The medals don’t mean anything and the glory doesn’t last. Its all about your happiness. The rewards are going to come, but my happiness is just loving the sport and having fun performing.”
The second quote that we sent out this week comes from Abraham Lincoln, our 16th President. Many people don’t know how many personal and political failures he had before becoming President and saving the United States. Lincoln said, “The path was worn and slippery. My foot slipped from under me, knocking the other out of the way. But I recovered and said to myself, ‘it is a slip and not a fall’.”
BTW, congrats to our Week 7 ‘Team of the Week’ — EaglesFan383 who rode big games from Drew Brees, Ricky Williams, DeSean Jackson, and the Steelers D in order to take home the college savings prize.
