Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules. The Family Fantasy Sports Father’s Day Contest (“Contest”) will accept entries beginning at 12:00 am Eastern Time (ET) on June 3, 2010 (“Contest Start Date”), and ends at 11:59 am ET on June 20, 2010 (“Contest Period”). Contest is sponsored by Broad Shoulders Ventures, LLC, 1125 W. 8th St., Cincinnati, OH 45203 (“Sponsor”) who is solely responsible for all aspects of this Contest.

How to Enter: Log onto http://www.FamilyFantasySports.com and follow the directions to enter between 12:00a.m. ET on June 3, 2010 and 11:59 a.m. ET on June 20, 2010. You must include on the online entry form your name, email address, and date of birth. In addition, any entrants under the age of 13 will have to provide the email address for their parent or legal guardian. All entrants must have a valid email address.

Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address. No automated entry devices and/or programs permitted. All entries become the sole and exclusive property of the Sponsor and receipt of entries may not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, stolen, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, technically corrupted or garbled entries, which will be disqualified, or for problems of any kind whether mechanical, human or electronic. Only fully completed entry forms are eligible. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this contest.

Eligibility: The Family Fantasy Sports Summer 2010 Goal Setting Challenge Contest is a contest (a game of skill) and is intended for viewing in the United States (“U.S.”) only and shall only be construed and evaluated according to U.S. law. Do not enter the Contest if you are not (i) a legal U.S. resident, and (ii) age 13 or younger during the Contest Period and do not have parental (or guardian) permission to participate in the contest. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor and their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents and advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, “Released Parties”), as well as the immediate family members (parents, children, siblings, spouses) and/or persons living in the same household (whether related or not) of each are not eligible to participate in the Contest. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void in Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, U.S. Military installations in foreign countries, and where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law. All entrants must have a valid email address and be a member of the “Champions Club” at Family Fantasy Sports.

Internet Limitations of Liability: If for any reason, this Contest is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest, the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process (if applicable), and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest in whole or in part, at any time, without notice and award the prize using all non-suspect eligible entries received as of the termination/suspension date. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Sponsor also is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure or delay of any email or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof.

Sponsor is not responsible for any damage to an entrant’s system which is occasioned by participating in this Contest or by downloading any information necessary to participate in the promotion. Sponsor also is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Contest. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an individual who actually submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email account. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email account by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

Prizes:  Winner will receive an NFL team hat for the father and a Family Fantasy Sports t-shirt for the entrant. Total approximate retail value of prize: $30.00. Prize is non-transferable. No substitutions or cash redemptions allowed, except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

Winner Determination: At the end of the contest, the results will be posted at http://FamilyFantasySports.com. The winner will be determined based on the quality of their responses on the entry form. Contest will be judged by the sponsor.

Winner Notification: Winner(s) will be notified by email one time. Such email notification will include an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (where legal), which winner (or winner’s parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence), must sign and return by email or postal mail within 7 (seven) days of initial notification attempt. Winner (or his/her parent/legal guardian) must provide a valid street address to which the prize can be delivered (no P.O. Boxes allowed). If winner is considered a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, the prize will be delivered to minor’s parent/legal guardian and awarded in the name of parent/legal guardian. If winner does not complete and return all documents within 7 (seven) calendar days of first notification attempt, if prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, if winner rejects his/her prize or in the event of noncompliance with these contest rules and requirements, such prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected from all remaining eligible and winning entries. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given. Limit one prize per person or household.

Conditions: All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Participation in contest and acceptance of prize constitutes each winner’s (or minor winner’s parent/legal guardian’s) permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, address (city and state), likeness, photograph, picture, portrait, voice, biographical information and/or any statements made by winner regarding the contest or Sponsor for advertising and promotional purposes without notice or additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. By participating, entrants and winner agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Prize Providers and each of their advertising and promotion agencies and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors, from any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever including without limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death which may occur in connection with, preparation for, travel to, or participation in contest, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any contest-related activity and for any claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery. Sponsor is not responsible if contest cannot take place, including without limitation due to travel cancellations, delays or interruptions due to acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather or acts of terrorism. Entrants who do not comply with these Official Rules or attempt to interfere with this contest in any way shall be disqualified. There is no purchase or sales presentation required to participate. A purchase does not increase odds of winning.

Additional Terms: In case of dispute as to the identity of any entrant, entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. Any potential winner may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that such winner is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry. Any other attempted form of entry is prohibited; no automatic, programmed; robotic or similar means of entry are permitted. Sponsor, Prize Providers and each of their affiliates, partners and promotion and advertising agencies are not responsible for technical, hardware, software, telephone or other communications malfunctions, errors or failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, web site, Internet, or ISP availability, unauthorized human intervention, traffic congestion, incomplete or inaccurate capture of entry information (regardless of cause) or failed, incomplete, garbled, jumbled or delayed computer transmissions which may limit one’s ability to enter the contest, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participating in this contest or downloading any materials in this contest. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend or suspend this contest for any reason, including should (in its sole discretion) virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the contest. In such case, Sponsor reserves the right, but not the obligation, to select the winner(s) from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the contest or web site. Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the contest or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the contest by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or Sponsor representatives.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Use of Data: Sponsor will be collecting personal data about entrants online, in accordance with its privacy policy. By participating in the Contest, entrants hereby agree to Sponsor’s collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor’s privacy policy. If entrant is under 13 years or age he/she will need to provide an email address for their parent or legal guardian to comply with privacy policies.
