The weather is getting nicer and for many of us, the snow has all melted. It’s time to start thinking about getting outside and running (or jogging). This is a great time of the year to get out with the kids and do a 5K or fun run for a local charity or civic organization. Its a great way to teach our kids about being active and engaged.
